1947 Gibson L-5P in excellent condition. The cutaway equipped L-5 was known as the L-5 Premier from 1939 to c. 1948.  This L-5P is all original with no history of repairs. This Gibson was constructed with a carved spruce top, flame maple back and sides, a 3-piece maple neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard featuring pearl large block inlays, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge.  The neck measures 1 11/16" wide at the nut, has a depth of  0.97" at the first fret,  and a depth of 1.09" at the 10th fret. The guitar weighs 6.61  lbs and has a 25.5” scale. A great looking, exceptionally clean, all original L-5P. Comes with a Calton flight case.
