We buy instruments outright, take trade-ins, and consign instruments.  We buy individual instruments and entire collections.  Please call 646-692-4235 or email info@trcrandall.com for more information.

Buying Online

If interested in purchasing an instrument please call us at 646-692-4235 or email info@trcrandallguitars.com. We ship to all 50 states and worldwide via FedEx or UPS.  We offer a 48 hour approval period on instruments purchased via the website. If you are not satisfied for any reason contact us immediately. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping and a 3% transaction fee. Must be shipped back in original carton, in the same condition the instrument was received, and via the same service used, i.e. ground, 2nd day. International purchases are by wire transfer only.

Returns

For items purchased in store we offer a 10-day return period for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds for items purchased in store.

We do not accept returns on international purchases. Exceptions to this rule are to be made at our discretion on a case by case basis.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. Please call us before sending a check or to arrange for a wire.
