1939 Epiphone Spartan
1939 Epiphone Spartan in good condition. One fine vintage archtop with walnut back and sides. Sound has an excellent attack, and features a Kent Armstrong pickup. Nut width is 1 ¾” which is uncommon with most 16” Epiphone Archtops. Playability is excellent, with a neck reset and refret done in the shop. Some cracks on the top which all have been professionally repaired, lined up and structurally solid. Body and neck are rebound, and a single piece of binding is replaced on the peghead. A very cool vintage Epiphone archtop guitar with some great restoration work. Comes with the original hardshell case.
