1941 Gibson J-35
1941 Gibson J-35 in excellent condition. Introduced in 1936, the J-35 ran up until 1941. This one is nearly all original and plays wonderfully. Original Firestripe pickguard, silkscreen logo, and rounded shoulders possess the unique Gibson characteristics. Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides, front and back binding, and rosewood fretboard. This particular J-35 has straight bracing (two tone bar version), and sounds fantastic. Bridge and tuners are all original and function great. Bridge plate has been professionally replaced with a smaller one, and the bridge has been professionally reglued and is secured. A classic J-35 that is in fantastic condition. This is one of the best bluegrass J-35s we have played. Tons of power on top with nice tight bass and clear trebles. Great feeling round neck shape makes it fun to play too. Comes with a hardshell case.
