1957 Fender Telecaster
1957 Fender Telecaster in excellent condition. The perfect combination of all original but played enough that you can enjoy it. Original down to every screw except for pickups having been rewound by Lindy Fralin. The neck pickup was rewound in 2012 and the bridge just recently. Both had suffered from the infamous green corrosion. You wouldn't know they were rewound unless someone told you, so there you go! Of course they sound great, just like they did before. The frets are in great shape and neck is nice and straight. There is play wear on the neck and body. We have gone through this guitar top to bottom recently and cleaned and lubricated the tuners. Great feeling '57 neck profile, not too big, nor too small and with a soft V shape. The body is one piece ash and the guitar weighs in at 7.5 pounds. Original tweed case in very good condition as well.
