1960 Gibson J-200
1960 Gibson J-200 in very good condition. This Gibson has been refretted, has replacement pearl button Grover tuners installed, has a strap button added on the heel, and has had an internal pickup installed. There are two professionally repaired cracks, one adjacent to the right pickguard that extends from the top of the soundhole to the top of the bridge, and another on the bottom side of the lower bout. The tail block was professionally repaired and the finish was touched up on the bottom of the guitar, most likely in the Gibson factory. This J-200 was constructed with a spruce top, a maple body, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The neck has a width of 1 11/16" at the nut, a depth of 0.83” at the first fret, and a depth of 0.87” at the twelfth fret. The guitar has a 24.75” scale and weighs 5.24 lbs. An extremely cool guitar that would look great onstage with its striking three tone cherry sunburst and factory original double pickguards. Comes with a non original hardshell case.
