1961 Gretsch 6120
1961 Gretsch 6120 in excellent condition with barely any signs of wear throughout the instrument. This Brooklyn made classic Gretsch has been gently cared for its entirely life, and remains in all original condition with no history of major repairs or alterations. Constructed with a laminate maple body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, Filtertron humbucking pickups, and a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece. Notably features a slightly thinner body depth of 2 1/4" down from 2 7/8" in the same models produced a year earlier. This Gretsch has a scale length of 24 1/2", fingerboard width at the nut of 1 11/16", thickness at the first fret of 0.85", thickness at the tenth fret of 0.94", and weighs 7.32 lbs exactly. Comes with the original "Cowboy" hardshell case that exhibits some signs of water damage, but still gets the job done.
