1944 Martin D-18
1944 Martin D-18 in good condition. A great sounding vintage Martin that has been played and toured with. Excellent tonal response with a guitar pick as well as finger picking. Beautiful sustain, with great basses and clear trebles. Adirondack spruce top and scalloped bracing, with ebony fingerboard and bridge. Guitar has a lot of character. This guitar has had a nice refret, and there is no steel in the neck. The bridge and tuners have been replaced. There was a pickup system that has been removed, and the holes have been filled. Additionally there are also some cracks that have been professionally repaired as seen in photos, cracks are only on the top and sides of the guitar. This Martin sounds great and has some stories to tell. Comes with a hardshell case.
