

1963 Gibson J-45
This Gibson has been refretted and has a shaved down bridge that has been modified with a fixed saddle, a replacement bridge plate, four repaired top cracks, and an oversized replacement pickguard. This J-45 was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The neck has a width of 1 11/16” at the nut, a depth of 0.83” deep at the first fret, and a depth of 1.44” at the twelfth fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 4.12 lbs. A lightweight J-45 with a rich sound that has a nicely compressed bass response.
