1953 Martin 00-18 Shade Top
1953 Martin 00-18 Shade in very good condition. The Martin had a professional neck reset, has a replacement bone saddle, and has a strap button added on the heel. This 00-18 was constructed with a "Vermont Spruce" top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The neck measures 1 11/16" wide at the nut, has a depth of 0.91" at the first fret, and a depth of 1.06" at the 10th fret. The guitar weighs 3.52 lbs and has a 24.9” scale. This mystery top Martin features a gorgeous shade top and has a well balanced, exceptionally fine tone. Comes with a heavy duty Calton flight case.
