Regular price $1,999

1960 Airline Town and Country guitar in very good condition from the personal collection of Steve Earle. This Airline is all original aside from a replaced spring in the Bigsby vibrato, with the original spring included in the case. There is a crack in the lower part of the pickguard near the input jack. This Town and Country was constructed with a maple body, and a maple neck and a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. The neck has a width of 1 5/8" at the nut, a depth of 0.96” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.06” at the twelfth fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 8.26 lbs. It’s hard to deny the cool vibe of this guitar, with some extraordinary pinstriping on the headstock that really sets off the 60’s hot rod aesthetic, three fantastic sounding pickups, and a factory Bigsby vibrato.  Comes with the original rare gray and white yellow-lined hard case.
