1964 Harmony H1325 Grand Auditorium
1964 Harmony H1325 Grand Auditorium archtop in excellent condition. This Harmony is missing its pickguard but is otherwise all original. This model H1325 was constructed with a solid spruce top, laminated birch back and sides, a bound birch neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood adjustable bridge. The “C” shaped neck has a width of 1 3/4” at the nut, a depth of 1.00” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.10” at the tenth fret. The guitar measures 16 ¼” at the lower bout, has a 25 ¼” scale and weighs 4.16 lbs. This Harmony has a striking looking lemon tea sunburst. It delivers a surprisingly good, bold, punchy sound that is well suited to country, rockabilly, or early rock and roll but its solid spruce top helps to provide enough depth and tonal complexity that it could also work well as an inexpensive jazz box. Comes with a non-original gigbag.
