1968 Gibson EB2C in very good condition from the personal collection of Steve Earle. This EB2C is all original with no history of repairs but is missing the chrome bridge cover. This Gibson was constructed with a laminate maple body, and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. The neck measures 1 9/16” at the nut, has a depth of 0.85” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.04” at the twelfth fret. The bass has a 30.5” scale and weighs 8.45 lbs. It has a cool vintage sound and is currently strung with flatwounds. Includes a non-original leatherette gigbag.
