1934 Gibson L-00
1934 Gibson L-00 in good condition. This Gibson has been refretted and has had metal escutcheon pins added as side dot markers. The guitar has some professionally repaired cracks, three on the back, three on the sides of the lower bout, one on the top side near the heel, and one on the front center seam. This L-00 was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The “V” shaped neck measures 1 3/4" at the nut and has a depth of 1.02” at the first fret and 1.15” at the 10th fret. A very open, lively sounding L-00 that produces a surprising amount of volume for a small-bodied guitar. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 3.26 lbs. Comes with the original chipboard case.
