1940 Martin D-18
1940 Martin D-18 in great condition. This D-18 has the nice dry woody tone and drive that these T bar Martin dreads are famous for. Adirondack spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Ebony fingerboard and an excellent reproduction ebony bridge. The nut and saddle have been replaced. This guitar has had a neck reset and has been refretted in house. This example is crack free and sports the original finish. This D-18 has a 1 11/16" nut with the rear shifted, scalloped bracing. The neck measures 0.85" at the first fret, 1.07" at the tenth fret, and weighs 3.92 lbs. Comes with a non original hardshell case.
