1944 Gibson Southern Jumbo
1944 Gibson Southern Jumbo in very good condition with moderate signs of wear for a guitar of it's age. This guitar is in all original condition with the only exception being a professional neck reset, refret, and four sealed side cracks all repaired here in house by Tom. This guitar was constructed notably with a maple neck which is quite rare along with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and bridge. 1.75" nut width, .93" thickness at the first fret, 1.10" thickness at the twelfth fret, and weighs 4.24 lbs exactly. This guitar comes with a non-original hardshell case.
