1955 Gibson Les Paul Special
1955 Gibson Les Paul Special in very good condition from the personal collection of Steve Earle. This Gibson has a replaced wiring harness, tone pots, volume pots, and tuners, with the original tuners included in the case. This Les Paul Special was constructed with a mahogany body and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. The neck has a width of 1 11/16" at the nut, a depth of 0.91” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.01” at the twelfth fret. It has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 7.06 lbs. The guitar features a fantastic feeling neck, two great sounding original P-90 pickups, and a gorgeous TV Yellow finish. Comes with a non-original later Gibson branded hardshell case.
