1958 Gibson Super 400 CN
1958 Gibson Super 400 CN in very good condition. Unfortunately the original label is gone and the FON is illegible. We are reasonably certain based on features it is a 1958 though. These are rare guitars and this has the added benefit of being affordable. The lower bout was damp at some point and we reglued the back to the side as well as splinted the back. There is a diamond patch where a jack ounce was in the lower bout. We made a repro pickguard and fit a vintage DeArmond rhythm chief pickup with volume knob and ⅛” jack. We refretted as well so it plays as good as it looks. Comes with original brown Lifton case.
