Regular price $29,999

John Monteleone 10-string mandolin in excellent condition with very minimal signs of wear. This is the last of only five 10-string mandolins built by Monteleone, with no additional examples made since. The design is Monteleone’s interpretation of the Gibson F-5, featuring a relaxed scroll, wider headstock, smaller pickguard, and his signature tailpiece. This mandolin was constructed with a spruce top, maple back and sides, and tone bar bracing. The neck measures 1.43” at the nut and the mandolin has a 14 3/4” scale length with a radiused fingerboard. This mandolin weighs 2.4 lbs exactly. Comes with a green Calton hardshell case with gold interior.
